I have recently joined this amazing Swim Spa called HyroWorx which is one of the best Swim Spas for personal, healthcare and sports purposes. These amazing pools have unique aquatic therapy equipment which provides dynamic and state of the art facilities like a Water treadmill. I totally love the underwater treadmill experience; excellent traction on rubberized treadmill belts and can be used by bare feet or shoes.

I look forward to these unique underwater retro-walking, sprinting and back pedaling activities which has greatly improved my cardiovascular stamina. Prior to joining this spa I used to feel stiffness in my joints but had accepted it as something inevitable, given my 55 years of age. But after this underwater walking, I feel this stiffness fading away! It is becoming my favorite past time and often enjoy these activities with my friends. My doctor is happy with me too as my blood pressure level has reduced to a very desirable level. HydroWorx , I believe, completely stands out amongst other competitors as they have differentiated their spa facilities into something much more exciting, fun and at the same time extremely beneficial for health.
